Early adopters of the new, we dictate new trends and bring them forward to the public realm for the benefit of the communities we engage with.

Andrew Sissons, Managing Director

AND was formed by Andrew upon leaving Hackney Council in 2015. At Hackney, Andrew headed up the Council’s multi-award-winning regeneration team. Andrew works with many major developers and funds on mixed-use regeneration schemes across London and the UK as a trusted advisor on the placemaking, social impact, commercial floorspace and retail components of major schemes

Camilla Wells, Senior Associate: Commercial

Camilla has a depth of experience in commercial placemaking and delivery strategy for commercial and mixed-use schemes. Specialising in affordable workspace, Camilla has a nuanced understanding of authority specific policy regulation, Section 106 negotiations and the creation of marketing and delivery strategies. Having worked closely with both space providers and users for over six years, alongside her extensive experience she brings a wealth of ideas and creative network to AND's placemaking and cultural strategy proposition.

Harrison Sharkey, Senior Associate: Community

Harrison is an experienced built environment practitioner and leads the Culture and Communities team at AND London. He oversees the delivery of innovative engagement programmes, impactful social value strategies, and creative placemaking visions on a range of projects: from the country’s largest regeneration schemes, to community art initiatives. Harrison applies a creative and detail-oriented approach that utilises best practice methods in order to ensure positive outcomes for people, place and project.

Nayan Bissumbar, Senior Consultant

Nayan is an economist leading the AND Insight and Research team. He has an extensive background across all areas of sustainable urban development. Having lived, worked, and studied in China, India, and the UK, Nayan’s key focus is on how global cities can learn from each other. He is passionate about sharing his findings in a data-driven and innovative manner. Nayan engages with clients to make sure their commercial strategies are based on the latest market information and helps them navigate the planning process.

Lili Johanis, Communication and Engagement Associate

Lili leads on design aspects for the social impact and placemaking team. She supports event delivery and community engagement, whilst also contributing to research and strategy work. Lili has experience working for the Government of Canada and extensive research experience working alongside the international academic community. She holds an MA in Policy from Goldsmiths University London. Lili is passionate about visual storytelling and finding creative solutions to new problems.

Cameron Clough, Design Lead

Since gaining a degree in Product Design, Cameron has been producing designs within a multitude of different sectors. A passion for design has led him to successfully complete a range of creative projects for both large global clients and small local businesses.

Amy Usher, Junior Designer

Amy recently graduated from university with a degree in Industrial Design. She gained valuable knowledge in various design areas such as branding, product, and user experience design. She has had previous experience working amongst start-up brands in Europe and England and is enthusiastic about being part of the design team at AND.

Ally Higgs, Consultant

Ally has considerable experience in different sectors that include Event Management and Production, Mental Health and Hospitality. She brings her organisation and event experience to the table. Ally graduated in 2019 from Manchester University with a degree in Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies. She has explored career paths in England, Europe and South America that have included event management and logistics.

Adarsh Anil, Research Consultant

As a Regeneration Associate, Adarsh works on redevelopment projects with extensive research and analysis. With an MBA in International Business from the University of Greenwich, he brings a solid academic foundation to his work. Having worked in Higher Education and UK Charity fundraising sectors, Adarsh understands the importance of blending business acumen with social responsibility. Beyond his professional endeavours, he is a passionate artist who derives happiness from expressing his creativity through mediums like drawing and video making. Adarsh eagerly embraces opportunities to engage in creative pursuits.

Julia Kosowska, Regeneration Associate

Julia is currently in the final year of her integrated master’s degree in Neuroscience at King’s College London. Alongside her degree Julia volunteered on the Outreach and Community Engagement projects at the university designed to communicate science and to provide mentorship and support to disadvantaged students. As VP of the Students’ Union Julia worked alongside senior academic leaders and the University Executive Team on campaigns and policies to improve the academic experience at King’s. With background in STEM and professional experience in creating healthy and sustainable environment within academia Julia is excited to bring her insights into both the Community Engagement and the Research team at AND.

Paige Moldenhauer, Research Consultant

Having just completed her master’s degree at UCL, Paige has joined AND London as a Graduate Research Analyst on the Research and Insights team.

Passionate about sustainability and building community resilience, Paige has extensive experience using interdisciplinary research for cross-sectoral risk analysis. Having worked and studied in Europe, Asia, and North America, an international perspective alongside her interpersonal focus equips her to be adaptable and compassionate in the production of comprehensive research.

John Stokes, Office Manager

John’s aim is to provide practical and effective administrative systems and support for the AND team, so it can focus on meeting our clients’ requirements. He is interested in human learning and his current focus is on problem-posing learning.

Denzel, Chief Dog Officer

Denzel has extensive experience in being a good boy. As a key member of the team, Denzel is in charge of treat consumption and nap time.

Arthur, Chief Wellbeing Officer

Arthur brings a 40mph couch potato energy to the office, with a laid-back approach within office hours. He heads up the Wellbeing and Extra Curricular activity at AND, and is very motivated by cheese.

Bilbo, HR Executive

In the short time Bilbo has been a member of the team, canine productivity has seen exponential gains. Team satisfaction and happiness has reached an all-time high, and Bilbo continues to encourage a positive work environment.
