Our nimble team of thought leaders are experts across all sectors from urban development, place finding, community engagement, strategy, policy and activations. Early adopters of the new, we dictate new trends and bring them forward to the public realm for the benefit of the communities we engage with.
AND was formed by Andrew upon leaving Hackney Council in 2015. At Hackney, Andrew headed up the Council’s multi-award winning regeneration team and was responsible for a range of high profile projects including Tech City, along with the management of key town centres including Shoreditch, Dalston and Hackney Wick.
Since then, Andrew has worked on array of major projects with over 50 developers, the business is currently involved in circa 8 million sq ft of commercial floorspace across the UK. Andrew works with many major developers and funds on mixed-use regeneration schemes across London and the UK as a trusted advisor on the placemaking, social impact, commercial floorspace and retail components of major schemes.
Max has spent a number of years honing his skills and gaining a broad experience by working both client side and in agency.
Max’s drive comes from seeing tangible results and establishing neighbourhoods and areas where people want to visit. He has worked with a wide variety of clients from private individuals to large scale developers and public bodies. He especially enjoys finding up and coming independents who he is able to champion and help grow.
Camilla has a depth of experience in planning, developing, and delivery of the operational strategy for commercial property. She specialises in the creative and affordable workspace arena.
Having worked closely with both space providers and users for over five years, Camilla has a nuanced comprehension of meeting the needs of both developers and tenants. Alongside her extensive experience, she brings a wealth of ideas and creativity to AND's commercial strategy proposition.
Rosemara has eight years of experience working in cultural placemaking and social impact strategy. She has honed her skills working for the City of London Corporation, Culture Mile, Barbican, and the Museum of London building a deep understanding of public and private sector priorities.
Rosemara will support our clients in developing thoughtful and innovative ways to serve existing and new communities, seeking out wide ranging perspectives and deepening social impact.
Olga is the Creative & Cultural Strategist for AND London.
Olga is an artist, a creative and a producer - working across numerous creative projects from her own art to her previous role in creative direction at a wallpaper manufacturer and interior design. Combining such a skill set is rare, and Olga leads on all of our cultural projects and supports our work on social impact.
Since gaining a degree in Product Design, Cameron has been producing designs within a multitude of different sectors. A passion for design has led him to successfully complete a range of creative projects for both large global clients and small local businesses.
Athena is currently earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with Athabasca University. Originally from Canada, she moved to the UK in September 2020 in search of adventure and new opportunities. She has previously worked as an administrative and legal assistant with private firms, and brings a lot creativity and passion to the table.
As an Economics Undergraduate at Goldsmiths University of London, with experience at Lendlease, she applies a proactive and detailed understanding to stakeholder mapping and creating demand assessments that form stringent commercial strategies.
Lili leads on design aspects for the social impact and placemaking team. She supports event delivery and community engagement, whilst also contributing to research and strategy work.
Lili has experience working for the Government of Canada and extensive research experience working alongside the international academic community. She holds an MA in Policy from Goldsmiths University London. Lili is passionate about visual storytelling and finding creative solutions to new problems.
Denzel has extensive experience in being a good boy. As a key member of the team, Denzel is in charge of treat consumption and nap time.
In the short time Bilbo has been a member of the team, canine productivity has seen exponential gains. Team satisfaction and happiness has reached an all-time high, and Bilbo continues to encourage a positive work environment.
